Data deletion

You can ask Leadscore Inc. to delete your personal data at any time. This covers data collected through LeadScore.ai, including leads we received from Facebook and Instagram lead ads.

If you are a customer

  • To stop receiving leads from Facebook, disconnect Facebook in LeadScore.ai (Settings). Disconnecting stops new leads and removes our access to your Page.
  • To delete data we hold for your business, email us from your account email address and we will delete it.
  • You can also remove LeadScore.ai from your Facebook settings under Business Integrations. Email us afterwards and we will delete the data we received through it.

If you are a lead

If your details reached us through a Facebook or Instagram lead ad, email us with the name, email address or phone number you used on the form. We will find your information, delete it and confirm by reply. To stop text messages at any time, reply STOP.

How to request deletion

Email info@leadscore.ai with the subject “Data deletion request”. We respond within 30 days, and usually much sooner. Some records may be kept where the law requires it, such as records of consent and opt-outs.
